Annex Rooms at Hotel Duca d'Alba, Rome

Has anyone stayed in the annex at Hotel Duca d'Alba, next door to the main building?
The hotel is offering a rate of 20 euros less. It sounds like those rooms are not as renovated as rooms in the main building.
