Check it out on TripAdvisor. I didn't get to do it but was trying to- I was just there too early in the season. There are several options- this is what the people running it sent to me:
Lunch Tour:
Departure Time: 11am
Length: 4-5 hours
Description: With this tour you'll see the Cinque Terre from its most beautiful perspective, the sea. We will stop along the way for an apertivo (tapas) with prosecco and, weather permitting, a swim. We'll then go to our favorite private cove named 'aquapendente' for its all-season waterfall. Here you can swim, snorkel, and cave explore while we prepare a fresh lunch with a barbecue of freshly caught fish.
Price:

1-3 persons: € 85 per hour (not a per person charge)

4+ persons: 4 hours - €500, 5 hours €600 ( €100 for each add'l hour)
The total cost is shared among the entire group. For example, if 10 people take a 5 hour lunch tour, the total would be €600. The €600 would then be equally divided among the 10 people, totaling €60 per person.
Lunch and all beverages is an additional €35 per person (12 years of age and under - no charge)

Sunset Tour:
Departure Time: about an hour and a half before sunset
Length: 2 hours
Description: With this tour, we will cruise the beautiful coast of 5 Terre until we locate the perfect spot to view the sunset. Here we'll serve a large array of local cheeses, salumi, seasonal fruit, tapas, a barbecue of fresh fish and plenty of cold prosecco.
Price: €85 per person

Mini-cruise:
Departure Time: Early morning (8-ish) or late afternoon
Length: 2 hours
Description: Our mini-cruise cruises along the breath-taking coast of Cinque Terre, and is a great opportunity for taking photos! We can go snorkeling, cave exploring, or even venture into some of the villages.
Price: Based on number of persons and availability

I'll let you know. We are scheduled to go out with Angelo on a Lunch tour next week. Flying to Rome on Monday!!!! The folks at Angelo's Boat Tours were a pleasure to deal with on the internet. His American wife answered our emails very promptly and gave us all the information we needed. Buon Viaggio

We attempted to go on their tour last year and due to weather it was canceled for the 3 nights we were there. We talked to the owners and they said due to changes in local weather almost 50% of the days were too choppy to have their tours.

They were pleasant to work with and it looked like it would have been awesome!

We are interested in doing this when we visit Cinque Terre in September. My daughter gets seasick, tho. If the boat is moving she'll be fine, but sitting idle in waves will make her quesy. Will there be a lot of that?
