Can anyone remember the name of the restaurant in Florence, by a market, that Rick described the husband as being similar to Andy Capp?It was a quaint little restaurant with wonderful food. Do you know if that restaurant still exists? I went there at least 8 yrs ago. Thank you

I happen to have Rick’s Italy book from 2000 - back when prices were still quoted in Lire, not Euros. Unfortunately, he doesn’t mention Andy Capp in any of the Eating recommendations in that edition. I wonder, though if there’s a connection between that husband and his wife? Like Andy’s wife, could she also be named Flo (rence)?
