We will be stopping for the day on our cruise this fall, and I'm curious about things to do in town. I've looked around on Viator, Get Your Guide, etc. and am finding the same few things that I'm not interested in. Does anyone know what's in town that we can just walk to and enjoy on our town? Or any other suggestions. The ship will be in port from 7:00 to 17:00. Thanks!

I did my basic military training in Ancona. Not much to do. We used to go to the Passetto once is a while. But nearby you can go to Senigallia or also to a pretty town called Offagna. Monte Conero and Sirolo are nice. Senigallia can be reached by train. The others I’ve seen by car, but there are buses from Ancona. Jesi is another town to consider. Below info about Offagna.
