Anchovies and Olive Oil festival in Monterosso September 18-19

I am trying to plan my trip to Cinque Terre and I was planning on going to monterosso during the Anchovies and olive oil festival. Is this a big festival? Is it a good festival? How crowded does Cinque Terre get during the festival?

Cinque Terre is always crowded in September, but I'd consider this festival a good opportunity to see even more culture while there. If you can reserve a hotel room, then that's half the battle over.
