We will be flying from New Orleans to Atlanta to Amsterdam ( best plane tickets round trip ). We are asking for help with transportation, local 2/3 s hotels, and attraction in each city.
Amsterdam 2 days

Ok.. I would do it differently. but that's because I feel anyplace worth only 2 nights is a place I would consider eliminating.. two nights is only one full day after all.
I would do 2 nights Amsterdam, 4 nights Paris and 4 nights London.. there is so much to do and see in London and Paris that even 4 nights is barely scratching the surface.. plus I wonder if you are taking in account that every time you move you are spending a minimum of 5 hours just in transport.. not sightseeing.

I find ( and btw I am doing all three of those cities for the multiple time this May-June) that London and Amsterdam are toughest to find budget accomadation in a good central areas.. it can be done.. but you will have to really hunt .. and hopefully this trip is not too soon.

In Paris we are renting an apartment this time ( and have before) as our stay in much longer then yours.. for you guys.. I can suggest the Hotel St Pierre ( the one near the Sorbonne) super basic, but clean and cheap for area.. excellent central area or the Hotel Diana.

We found the Celtic in London two years ago and are using it again after a few disastrous finds.. clean, cheap , and includes a filling exceallant breakfast.

Keep in mind that 2 nights in one spot just gives you 1 full touring day. Does your 10 days include needing to get back to Amsterdam for a plane flight since you mention round-trip from Amsterdam? You really can't count on seeing much on your first days in Paris and London as you will be using a good portion of the day getting there. Is your first day in Amsterdam your arrival day after an international flight?

I would take Brussels out of the mix and add a day each in Paris and London. Amsterdam to Paris by the fast train called the Thalys will take at least a half a day away from sightseeing, 3hours30 minutes train travel or so + time to check out of your hotel, get to the station, wait for the train, travel, get to your hotel, check in. Paris to London via Eurostar will take another half a day away, with that train journey being around 2 hours 30 minutes plus the addition time listed before.

The further in advance you can book your train travel on these lines the cheaper it will be, thus the more cost effective. More stops often means less cost effectiveness.
