Amica fares on train?

I looked at various sites including Italian Rail trenitalia.com and most of the discount fares exclude non-Italians or non-Europeans. But there does not seem to be a restriction on the Amica fares other than the typical change limitation and pre-purchase (night before) rule. Rick does not mention it. Can anyone use this fare?

Yes, anyone can use the Amica fare, so long as seats are available.

The amica fares are about 20% cheaper than the Standard fares. Just be aware though that they are more restrictive in terms of making any types changes (change departure times, dates, etc), if need be.
