Does anyone have any experience using your Amex card to fast track at FCO? I'm also wondering if dependents included in this card perk?

We had no problem getting through security at FCO. It moved very quickly and smoothly. Thus there was no need for fast track for us. I did see signs for card members but never followed up on it.
