Amazing opportunity, need some restaurant suggestions

I just had an opportunity fall in my lap I'm going to be in Italy for a month starting on October 27. I have everything taken care of, flights, hotels, tours and everything like that but what I do need of some help with some restaurant suggestions cause that's when I'm on my own. I will be spending time in Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan and Naples. My interest is in real, authentic Italian restaurants in those cities, mostly for dinners. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Da Enzo in Trastevere (Rome). This looks down-at-the-heels but is reportedly popular with off-duty chefs. Reservation will be needed at dinner time; you might be able to walk in at lunch, but I wouldn't count on it.

Here are some we've enjoyed:
Venice-da Alberto, Vini da Gigio, Anice Stellato
Rome-Armando al Pantheon
Naples-Terrazza Calabritto, Antica Pizzeria I Decumani

Scroll down till you see Lazio (Rome), Toscana (Florence/Firenze), Veneto (Venice/Venezia), Lombardia (Milan) and Campania (Napoli/Naples).
The Slow Food guide is focused on traditional and not too expensive restaurants. I linked the lists of the Osterias characterized by local recipes, genuine ingredients from the surrounding region and great hospitality.
I'm happy to see that Armando in Rome keeps on being listed every year even if I hate it.

We were recently in Rome and enjoyed these restaurants: Cul de Sac, La Campana, Ninos--lunch in the Jewish area: Nonna Bette. We love Il Trattoria Sostanza in Florence--has been in the same family for a long time with wonderful family style meals.
