Is anyone familiar with Amandola? My grandparents left Italy over 100 years ago and no one has visited since. Unfortunately we do not speak Italian. We would love some feedback from anyone who has traveled to this town. A family trip is in the planning stages. Thanks!

Amandola is a very attractive area for foreign people that buy houses for holiday or to establish a permanent residence. There are lot of Britts but also a good number of US citizens. Believe me, you will not find any difficoulty because of the language barriers. People in my area are very helpful and talkative. Have a great Easter Monday Regards
