Amalfi cooking class & tours

My husband and I are flying to Italy on October 29th staying in Positano for three nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We will be in Italy for longer but specifically seeking ideas on things to do on the Amalfi Coast. I have always wanted to take a cooking class in Italy - any suggestions? We hope to do a day trip to Capri as well if the weather cooperates. Any fun ideas or tours to pass along?

Happy anniversary! You might look into Mamma Agata’s day-long cooking class in Ravello, very famous. I myself have no personal experience with it. Don’t know what their scheduling or availability might be. You can go to mammaagata.com, and there is a choice for English. If you are staying in Positano, it would mean a long day from Positano to Amalfi to Ravello, then back again at the end of the day. If you do this, you might like to spend a night in Ravello.
