Try the Monetti family. They will personalize your day and are reasonable, dependable, and fun. You can google them for a web address.

Rick Steves has partnered with a Travel Tour Company (MondoGuide) - we have booked a Tour in October -
6-8 people max, we are doing the Amalfi Coast Tour (leaving from Sorrento and visiting 3 towns along the coast, Rick Steves Style) - check out the website - they offer 3 different small group tours and the prices are very good (the best we found, we did research several companies). Booking was very easy from the website . . .
We discovered this from an email from Rick Steves Europe and then saw it on these forums a few days later. The partnership w/Rick Steves is fairly new, but the Tour company has been in business in Sorrento/Naples for a long time. It is also recommended in the latest edition of the Rick Steves' Italy guidebook

Another vote for the Monetti family. Rafaele Monetti is the guy in the RS Amalfi Coast TV show that drives Rick around. That's who our group of 6 had take us around in May 2012. Very reliable, knowledgeable, excellent English and a safe driver. I have no hesitation recommending him. I don't recall the price, but I do remember feeling it was very, very good value. He picked us up at our hotel, took us exactly where we wanted to go (which we knew in advance) threw in some of his favorite spots, and dropped us back at the hotel after. If you don't know exactly where you want to go, he will happily create an itinerary for you.
