I reserved a room at a nice B&B in Positano for a Friday night in June, thinking we'd only be staying one night. Now, we decided to get there a day earlier and stay two nights. Of course, they don't have room for us that additional night. Now I'm stuck trying to find two nights (June 21st and 22nd) at the "last minute." Does anyone have recommendations? Are other towns worth staying in? We are looking in the < $400/night range.

Try Airbnb for Praiano, which isn't too far from Positano. There is a small bus that runs between the two towns (Mobility Amalfi). I plugged in your dates, and there are a lot of places still available in Praiano, but almost nothing in Positano. You can also gat a water taxi between the two if you don't want to use the bus if Positano is where you want to spend the days.

I loved the town of Amalfi as a base in the past. Hope you can find something!

Take a look at Tripadvisor and put in Ravello. We actually prefer it there much more that Positano. There seems to be a lot still available for your dates.
