Amalfi Coast in January?

Airfares are super low right now, and I'm considering a last minute trip to Sorrento/Positano/Amalfi Coast in two weeks. Will anything be open or is the coast pretty much shut down in the winter? I visted last March on the cusp of the season and was totally enthralled, can't wait to get back, just wondering if I should wait until later in the spring. Thanks!

Some things will be opened, but many hotels and restaurants shut down for vacation between Jan and Feb.

Sorrento, being the biggest town in the area, will have more going on but it will still be pretty quiet.

We were there in December for a week (Sorrento). It was cold to cool, but sunny most days; some rain, one storm. Some places already closed in Sorrento and MANY signs up about the places closing for January and February. There's a reason the airfare is low....
