I have read about this card for some sites and am wondering if anyone has any recent experience with buying this card.

The Campania Artecard comes in a number of different configurations and prices. All offer admissions to sites from Napoli to Paestum. Some include transportation and the number of days the cards are valid can be chosen as well. Go to their website and you can explore your options. You have to determine how many days you’ll be using the card and what sights you’d like to see. I was in Naples for a few days and got a 7 day card that gave me admission to the museums and sites there as well as Herculaneum, Ravello and Paestum. Check to see if the sites you want to visit by the card you choose.

As stated above there are many different cards.
If you're staying on the Amalfi Coast, and plan on visiting Pompeii and or Herculaneum and the Archeological Museum, than the 3 day Tutti Regione is probably your best bet.
The cost is €32. 2 free sites with 50% off other sites and includes the Circumvesuvian and Sita bus on the AC plus metro, bus and funicular in Naples.
The Naples (only) card is €21, 2 free sites, discount on others, plus free transport in Naples only.
The 7 day card is €27, 5 free sites, NO transportation.
They're available at the airport, Napoli Centrale and the sites themselves.
