Amalfi Coast Bus Ticket Questions

Will be spending a few days on the Amalfi Coast (Positano, AMalfi Town, Ravello) and had the following bus questions:

1) When purchasing the 24 hour ticket option, when does the clock start and stop on that. I would assume when you get on your first bus, but do I have to start or finish my last trip at the 24 hour mark?

2) Where do I pay for the service? - On the bus, are there machines at each main stop. I assume cash only unless pass is used.

3) Where are the 24 hour passes available for purchase?

Both Individual tickets and the pass are sold at tobacco shops and newsstands, not by drivers; in Sorrento, buy them at an outdoor stand by the bus stop or in train station shops. Yes, cash only. I haven't taken this bus, but it's a fair bet that you validate/date stamp the pass upon first bus entry and then must complete all travel within the 24 hours. Occasional, roving ticket inspectors could board at any time to check the validity of tickets in hand.
