Additionally, it would be nice if you'd respond to the many who have already tried to assist you with your other Italy trip questions? Some of us had requests for more information that you didn't respond to, and we've no idea if you're finding suggested solutions to other queries helpful or if you're reading them at all. Help us out a little?

How many people ? This determines a vehicle size.
We used Aldo Limos for a private car, and were quite happy with the company and driver. Christina in the office is a Brit, so communication was easy. We did a package deal , including transport from Naples train, AC coast, and lastly to the Rome airport. They let us pay in USD, and the exchange rate was very fair.
For a shared tour, RS recommends Mondo tours, which also receives great reviews.
