You might try different dialing sequences. I often forget the exact sequence to connect with European numbers. You might try 11-039-577-44177 (ie: drop or add zeros in the first two groups). Keep in mind the time differences and be prepared for language issues (the person that answers might not speak English).

I just faxed them and heard back the next day. Faxing is easier since you don't have to worry about the time differences. And you also have your confirmation information on paper, ready to take with you on your trip.
