Alitalia

I have read all of the old discussions - they are not helpful today. I am hoping someone who flew from the states to Italy in August 2009 will reply.

We did not fly Alitalia this August, but have flown it before, and we've had ZERO problems--on time, bags safe, smooth flight, friendly crew. Perhaps we're the exception, but just so you know, it IS possible! (:

Also fly Alitalia often and have had zero problems as well.
