Alilaguna Rialto Ticket Office

Hi, I plan on purchasing Alilaguna tickets to travel from Venice to the airport. I know I have to exchange the vouchers that I purchase for tickets at an Alilaguna ticket office. I'm planning on exchanging the tickets at the Rialto Alilaguna ticket office, but I can't find the actual location of this office. Can I do this right at the Rialto Ferry Terminal, or is there a different ticket office that I need to go to to exchange the vouchers? And if so, where is that located?

Thanks!
Vince

Here is a list of the Alilaguna offices and locations.

For Rialto, it says “Rialto-Carbon” which I believe means along the Riva del Carbon, the sidewalk along the Grand Canal west of Rialto Bridge. I know we found it 10 years ago, maybe by asking at various businesses along there. It was not obvious from the signage.

Is it possible to purchase tickets at the stops? Or do you have to find a ticket office before heading to the boat?

The address on the alilaguna web site is Rialto (Campo San Luca c/o Agenzia Bucintoro Viaggi), if you google this it shows a location a little distance in from the docks. I’m not sure how your voucher works so you may be able to exchange it at the ticket booth right where you board the boat, or you may have to go to this other location. It’s unclear from the website. I boarded the boat at Rialto last year, but I had purchased a return ticket at the airport.

The Bucintoro Office is a travel agency which may or may not be open at any given time. I'd go to the dockside ticket booth on Riva del Carbon.
