Alilaguna options in Venice

I am totally confused. I have been on the Venice Link website and two different options for transfers to Zattere seem to exist for the Alilaguna. Does anyone know what the difference is between the two as outlined below and also, how long the trip takes from airport to Zattere?? Thanks for any info.
Terry

Blue Line- Airport -Zattere-Molino Stucky for 15 Euro
Red Line- Airport to Venice for 13 Euro (shows stop at Zattere)

PS: does anyone know whether the Airport Shared transfer that is listed will stop at Zattere?

It appears that both Linea Blu and Linea Rossa go to the Zatterre stop. Both go all the way to the Tronchetto.

Linea blu has some very early morning and late night runs that stop at San Marco and don't go farther. From 08:45 to 18:45 to boat goes all the way to Trochetto stopping at Zattere.

Linea Rossa always goes the complete route.

I also believe that whichever one you take the fare to Zattere is 15 euros. At least that's what Alilaguna's site says. the 13 euro fare is for the farthest stop San Marco (Giar)

It should take about 1 hour 20 minutes from the aiport to the Zattere stop.

www.alilaguna.it has more info and time tables, there is also an English switch on the page as well.

You can get tickets at the airport when you arrive, I haven't seen much of a line most of the time.

We were 4 people traveling and found that the total cost per person roundtrip was not that much more for going by water taxi directly to our hotel. It was so much fun speeding accross the lagoon and winding our way through the canals - an awesome way to arrive! We thought it was worth the splurge and skipped a gondola ride. We booked ahead of time and recieved a discount for paying roundtrip upfront. It was great arriving at the airport and not waiting in line for transportation like almost everyone else.

I found out that the Shared Transfer is via water taxi, takes up to ten people and does stop at hotels near Zattere. You can reserve ahead of time and reservation must be for a minimum of 2 people, currently price is 27 euros per person. Travel time is quicker since much fewer stops and people to get off as opposed to Alilaguna. There is no set schedule, they try to book you with others arriving at approximately the same time as you. Easy reservation process and payment online, had my voucher within seconds of submitting info.

The Shared Water Taxi I guess is relatively new. It will stop at other hotels depending on the other passengers (no more than 8 besides my husband and myself, and since reservations are for a minimum of 2 people, wouldn't be more than 4 stops!) so considering the fact that it is only 54 euros for the two of us, vs. 30 for the Alilaguna to Zattere, it seems like a good deal to me to get going more quickly but will have to wait to see if it all works out.
