has anyone taken the Alibus from Malpensa Airport to Stresa and if so is it better than taking the train
also has anyone taken a viator private guided boat tour of Lake Maggiore's Borromeo islands if not is there another boat tour you can recommend and any other guided tours around the lake as well as lake como

We took Alibus from Verbania to Malpensa Airport last May and it was great. The train wasn't an option from where we were staying (Cannero) on Lake Maggiore. It's a small bus (bigger than a van, but not a big bus), it was on time and got us safely from pick up to the airport. I would definitely make reservations -- I'm not sure if it does a route if there are no reservations.
