Hello,
Can anyone shed light if this hotel is closed or not open to response via email or phone call? I made a reservation last December and need to update. I could not find how to do this directly on their site where I booked so I’ve emailed them. I received a response from them before Christmas last year, inquiring about a room with them saying I could book online or via booking.com. I have emailed many times now from their site, doubled checked RS book address and now just called today. The phone wasn’t picked up, rang thru but no VM set up either.
It’s a bit frustrating and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Any help would be much appreciated.
