Hi Steve, I have been asking the same question for a while now! I gues Parma is not to popular. I will be there in May, with my husband. I will let you know if I find any info, when are you going?

My wife and I are going in June. Currently, we have a reservation at Hotel Torino. A couple of cheaper hotels are the Albergo Brenta and Albergo Button.For a cooking class I found a one day (6 hour class) at selectitaly.com (Cucina di Parma - cooking class with market visit).
