Alaska Airlines non-stop Seattle to Rome now available for purchase

For all you frequent flier fans, the redemption is currently 35,000 miles and $6 for one way flight end of May on.

So much better than previous option on Partner airlines.

Seems that seat has been taken.

Best I can find for the DIRECT SEA-FCO is 47.5k one way and $35 fee , main cabin; no premium or biz shown except on partner airlines at huge mileage amounts

Thanks for the heads up.

Seems that seat has been taken.

Try searches on later dates, I found some at the lower price. Of course, the best options are limited, and get scooped up quickly.

I note the flight times are interesting - departing SEA at 5:30 pm. It will be nice to not have to get up at oh-dark-thirty to catch a dawn flight to Europe for a change (ah, nonstops…).

Unless I missed it (I’m still waking up) looks like the London flights have not yet been loaded. Presumably will be soon.

It turns out this was really timely for me. My previous flight through a different airline program for next May was cancelled. I was able to switch to the Alaska nonstop from Rome for 30,000 miles and $68. Moving up to premium extra legroom seat was an extra $157 (worth it to me). Once I will get credited 5,600 miles for this flight, the net miles cost is 24,400.

I booked for July and it was pricey for Premium seating (peak travel - not my choice but I get it, school is out). I set a Google alert on the price and 2 days ago, got notified the flight was $500 less. Called Alaska and got a credit. Worth it to watch pricing if you pay for the flights.

That’s a silly cheap deal, made even better with the $6 fees. Jump on it. Since it’s international, those often include a seat assignment; even for the lowest fares

Thanks for posting.
