Just wondering if we can do a pick up from Roma Termini on Dec 25, 2023 from the Alamo location. I am unable to call them and confirm that they are open, and when I tried to email them to find out if they are open, they did not respond.

That does sound a bit iffy. I would think if you rented through the often-recommended AutoEurope, Kemwell or Gemut, the consolidator would have reliable information.

I’m doubtful that any car rental agency is open on Christmas Day
Possibly open at the airport

I just did a test booking on the Alamo site and it let me set up a 10AM Dec 25 pick up

Thank you all for your input. Looks like the Alamo is open from 10-8 pm Christmas day. They finally reached out to me!
