We are in the process of booking our September trip to Italy. I was planning on booking the Dallas to Milan covid free flight from American (we have Alaskan/one world points to use and I think American is our only option). We are based out of Portland, I was wondering if the rapid test is required once we arrive in Dallas, or can we get it in Portland if the flight is connecting?
