I would like some feedback with regards to insurance (CAA?) and accommodations in Milan on my return flight. Here is my return schedule to give you an idea whether it's worth staying in hotel.
Is there a hotel in or near the Milan airport?

Accommodations
I haven't booked any accommodations yet because but I will be staying with family for a while so I have time although I want to book most of it before I leave. However, a few travellers have told me to take things by ear and not plan too much because I may decide to stay in one place longer or leave earlier. How do I do this? For example, if I decide to leave earlier but already have a night or two booked somewhere (i.e.Sorrento), do I get a refund for those nights so that I can book something for another place (i.e. Positano)?
