Air France Flight

Hi!,

Traveling to Italy in May and booked on Air France Premium Economy for the longest part of the flight. They reassigned us to Bulk Head row for the 3 of us with the 4th seat marked as "unavailable". My question is should we change to the back row as it is available as well and I understand the seat marked "unavailable" could potentially be for a bassinet?? I do love babies, but babies and planes usually do not mix well...

Honestly, I'd just roll the dice and keep your bulkhead seats. The row has more legroom and no one backing their seat into your knees. The odds they'd put an unintended baby in your row seems pretty slim. It might just as easily be someone in a wheel chair, or with another disability.

I've never flown Air France premium economy.

I fly premium economy on American Airlines and have booked the exact same bulkhead window seat roundtrip for my last 3 trips to Europe. AA flies Boeing 787-9. I love the extra space and, especially, no seat back reclining into me. And it is easy to to get to the aisle without having the person next to me get up.

Thanks for the advise. Traveled to Europe many times as a couple and never had an issue as we always book the side, but this time we are taking my mother-in-law so needed 3 seats together. I think I will just roll the dice as suggested as she needs the extra legroom - knee replacement and will be good for her to stretch out...

Traci, I don't know what type of plane you're flying. Can you book 2 seats window/aisle with another aisle seat across?
