Agriturismos or quaint hotels/bbs btw Rome and Assisi?

Hi, any recommendations on agriturismos or quaint hotels/BBs btw Rome and Assisi? We are landing in Rome but do not plan to spend much time in Rome and will be moving on to Assisi. We plan to travel via train/bus so not sure how much transportation might factor in. Thank you in advance

I like La Pallotta a small hotel it is in Ricks bk. It is in central Assisi.
