Hey folks,
We have 4 nights with a rental car to explore the best parts of Tuscany. We have 2 kids ( 6 and 12) .Based on RS Montepulciano area is a good home base. Any other place suggestions as home base? Please give me suggestions for family friendly accommodations. (June 4-8) We want to stay in a working farmhouse with:
1. winery on site providing tours
2,oilve oil farm
3. animals
4. in house homemade dinner (if available)
I have read other forums on this topic. I am looking at those accommodations for availability.
Thank you.
with less than 3 weeks to go you might be hard pressed to find availability but you can start here:
ChristineH,
Thank you so much for providing this resourceful website. This has made my browsing and searching so easy. I was really hoping to find a good reply and I did. You are awesome.
I did reach out to many agriturismos and waiting for their reply.
Good luck
I think an Agriturismo stay will be awesome for your kids

this place is a working farm like I was looking for with winery on site, oilive oil farm and animals... hurray!!
phew... I'm tired now.. but cant wait to get there!!
oh my goodness- that looks fabulous! Your hard work paid off!
We fell in love with Pienza- lovely town - said if we ever moved to Italy we'd live near there.
That looks lovely! Pienza is a wonderful area. Now I want to stay there next time!
Thank you for the fine details, ChristinaH. Will keep in mind.
I want suggestions on exploring the Chianti region between Florence and Siena. We are planning to stay in Chianti region for 3 nights in an agriturismo if we get any accommodation. June 1-4 ( 3 nights) and then drive onto Pienza.
We have reservation from June 4-8 in a farmhouse in Pienza.
Please advice.
thank you
This looks like tons of fun
