Agriturismo with horseback riding, wine and food

Hello all,
My wife and I will be leaving Rome heading to Venice at the end of May and would like to spend 3 nights at an Agriturismo somewhere in Umbria or Tuscany. We are in our early 50's and looking for a relaxing place to stay with great food and wine, a convenient location to see a few beautiful towns (no place specific) and somewhere where Lynn can get up and go horseback riding. We have read and seen many wonderful suggestions for Agriturismos. Hope we can find some suggestions for this combination.
Thank you all in advance for your time and consideration.
We are very excited for our trip!

I have not stayed here, but as an Arabian owner, it looks pretty nice. Location is between Florence and Siena to the west a bit. So easy access to the rest of the hill towns.

Have stayed at Il Poggio in Celle Sul Rigo, and can definitely recommend it. They have stables on site. Did not go riding myself, but got the impression that Il Poggio is a destination for equestrians. Celle sul Rigo, Radicofani, and San Casciano dei Bagni are all charming towns, definitely not overrun by tourist hoards. We found the locale to be beautiful and very relaxing. And it is between Rome and Venice. You'd definitely need a car.

Retreading your inquiry, I can also tell you that Il Poggio has a really good restaurant on site, but walking to town is only about a10 minute or less proposition. Several good restaurants in Celle sul Rigo. Also, Il Poggio has a little store on property that sells wine.
