My fiancee and I are travelling to Tuscany and Rome in August - and are looking for an agriturismo that has apartments with air conditioning. Any recommendations? Location can be flexible. We'll be coming from Florence and going to Rome afterward...

This website explains why air-conditioning is very uncommon in Tuscan agriturismi (mainly it is very expensive, the window units are banned, and it generally is not necessary). http://www.bella-toscana.com/agriturismo.htm There is a link on the page to agriturismi and other vacation rentals that DO offer air-conditioning. You might check those out; perhpas one of them will work for you.
