We are traveling with our two teenagers (13 & 16) in July and would like to spend 3-4 nights in Tuscany relaxing and exploring the country. Would you recommend an Agriturismo or a hotel? We would like to stay in the Val D’Orica (we are looking at L’Olmo) region or near Siena or Chianti region. We also found a nice hotel in Pienza (La Bandita) but it doesn’t have a pool and that’s a must for us.
Any recommendations? We will have a car. We would like to visit some towns but also relax and take a cooking class or visit a winery. We’re not looking to visit sites (we will have just visited Rome) but rather get the “feel” of Italy and the countryside and enjoy the food and sites of the region.
Would appreciate specific recommendations, places to stay and towns to visit.

Wonderful. Rented their apartment. Has a pool. And amazing dinners but only for carnivores as they raise beef cattle.
Easy day trips to Pienza, cortona, Chianti area.
For something different walk between Pienza and Montepulciano and then take bus back to Pienza.

We stayed at www.agriturismomarciano.it just 10 minutes from the center of Siena.
It was wonderful. Had dinner there every night. Great base to drive anywhere in Tuscany.
