Agriturismo in Sicily without a car?

You should specify the area where you want to be in Sicily, because it’s a large region/island. In any case an agriturismo is a farmhouse in the middle of the countryside, often in the boondocks, therefore a car is almost always required.

We plan to spend a month on Sicily, and will travel around the majority of the island. We just are not willing to drive in Italy, so we rely on public transportation. So, wondering if there are agriturismos that offer a pick up or shuttle service.

I am sure there are many, if not most, places that would pick you up and take you back to train or bus station for a fee. Or order you a taxi. You would have to let us know where you want to stay, how much you are willing to pay....more details would help. But then, once you are there, will you just stay on the property or need to take taxis to look around???

With no car, I would stay in a town or city myself.

Driving in Sicily is not difficult outside cities; if I can do it, anyone can, trust me on that!!
