Agriturismo in Pienza, Montalcino, or Montepuciano

Contacted Isabella at Cretaiole but she is full. We are Looking at 4 nights in Mid September and figured we would have a pretty good selection. Any other highly recommended for around 100euro's per night?

We (two of us) stayed at Crociana agriturismo just outside of Montalcino for around 60 euros in May 2009. You actually get an apartment there which was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Owners are very nice--with limited English. There is a pool surrounded by gardens.

We did not stay here, but stopped for lunch on a wine tour with Franco Fadda. It was one of the best meals we had during our week in Italy. Minimal Endlish at best. Not sure of his rates, but we would definitely stay there when we get back to the area.

Try Agriturismo La Bruciata, we stayed last year for 5 days and it was a wonderful experience. The food was out of this world. Home made pasta, bread pastries. The olive oil is the best I ever tasted. It was 100Euro per night ( I think if you stay longer they give you a deal with the evening meal. Laura ,the owner and her mom made us a special dinner for our Anniversary, with sparklers and Frank Sinatra singing in the background. They were so awesome. Read their reviews on TripAdvisor. We really liked the location because each day we were able to drive to all the hilltowns.
You will be there for the wine harvest !!!!
Hve a great time. We are going in early Sept. but staying North.

Villa Vignacce in Bettolle is another place we looked at. Very reasonable price. About 20 min from Montepulciano.
