Has anyone stayed at an Agriturismo that has half board in Tuscany? I don't know if it's a thing like in the Dolomites. Thanks
I have not. Many agriturismi have evening meals available, which could sometimes be a highlight. But I think it's not as often required to take that option in Tuscany as in some resort areas.
Some will provide it depending on proximity to other eating options, or based on major activities (Dolomiti = daytime hiking, not the nightlife available in Venezia, so in one location people tend to return to their hotels by dinner time.
Hi Richard, A whole lot of agriturismos will provide dinner at an additional cost and may do so at a reduced cost if you know you want dinner there every night. I did FULL board at an equestrian accommodation in Southern Tuscany called Castello di Santa Cristina. I think they also offered half board. Maybe try locations that offer active stuff like horse-back riding, biking, etc. They might be more likely to have half/full board.
Awesome advise, thanks
