Agriturismo access without a car

Help! I am looking for an agriturismo in the Tuscany or Umbria area that can be reached without a car!!! I'm looking for one that has cooking classes and a pool. Air conditioning would be a huge PLUS as I will be there mid-July. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Agriturismos are on farms in the countryside outside the hill towns, with many located between Siena and Florence, or outside San Gimignano. Without wheels, you'd do best to stay in Florence and take buses into the countryside.
Tuscany and Umbria are best when seen by automobile.

Agriturismo are not easily accessible without car. They are located everywhere but always out of town in the middle of fields. They were farms at one time. Without a car you should stay in a provincial capital city, Such as Florence or Siena in Tuscany, or Perugia in Umbria.

Marian, try also looking at SlowTravelItaly for ideas...They have some great resources, and an Italy travel forum, too. There are many agriturismos that are very near a train station or bus stop, but when you add a swimming pool and cooking classes your potential pool of accommodations starts drying up. Definitely start with SlowTravItaly! Good luck.

By definition a agriturismo is in the country side. Last month we stayed at Castello Di Montegufoni (montegufoni.eu) which was 30 mins via car from Florence. Some guests were using a local bus which I think they said took about 45 mins to Florence. We had a car so I cannot vouch for that. It had a pool, no cooking classes, and no A/C. You are putting a lot of restrictions on your choice that may be very hard to achieve. I know there are cooking class in Florence so maybe that could work with the bus.
