Looking for authentic/real working farm near sienna. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks

My system to distinguish between working farms and luxury hotels that pretend to be Agriturismos to save on taxes: real farms have no swimming pools.
Of course I pick the place with the biggest swimming pool: buildings in real farms are ugly, fields smell like poo and 90% of the guys working there do not speak Italian.

We have stayed at Agriturismo Casanova in Asciano twice, once in 2013 and again in 2019. Not touristy, absolutely beautiful, and the sweetest host, Wiebke. She is darling and a great cook, too. Some of the best meals we had in Italy were prepared and served by her. They raise their own Chianina cattle and grow ALL the food that is fed to them. We brought friends with us in 2019 and this was their favorite spot in our seventeen-day trip that included Venice, Florence, Ravenna, Sienna, and Orvieto. I highly recommend this sweet spot. Easy drive to the hill towns of Montepulciano, Montalcino, and Pienza.

Make sure to find the one in Asciano, as I think there is more than one.
