You might try looking at apartments in this area. There are a lot of them in holiday settings with gardens and pools. Much closer to town, (1mile) some with bus service, some with beach access. Downside is that they're self catered.

Check Booking.com air B&B and VRBO. Use the filter to for amenities.

It is quite far from Naples to Paestum. It's most unlikely that an Agriturismo is going to provide hotel-like pickup services. They might, conceivably, refer you to a car service partner based, perhaps, in Salerno. But having to return empty that long distance would push the price well over 200 Euros, I'll guess. Most people would make this transfer at least most of the way by rail. Just an idea.

Bus service to Paestum is sporadic. From Naples airport, the easiest and fastest way to Paestum on public transportation is to take the airport bus to the RR station in Naples and the train to Paestum. You should be able to get a local taxi at the Paestum station.

I stayed at a wonderful B&B La Chora Di Paestum. Though not an Agriturismo, it is in the middle of an agricultural area but has no pool. It’s a 15 minute walk to the entrance to the Archaeological park and Museum and about 20 minutes on foot to the rail station. For inexpensive but well prepared food, try Bistro 73 on Via Tavernelle.

I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did mine. Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, the Archaeological site is fantastic as is the museum. If you want the beach, talk to the owners. I’m sure something could be arranged.
