Anyone have a recommendation for a real farm stay within 5 km of Orvieto? Two couples would like whole house. Please say whether you are the customer or the proprietor when responding.

Have you looked on Booking.com or Villas.com? You could also Google Orvieto B&B's, Villas or Agriturismos and some might pop up. There are plenty of accommodations in the area and hopefully one will fit your needs.

Yes, look at the reviews on booking.com, keeping in mind that some folks are ultra picky so a certain amount of complaints can be ignored. As you don't intend to have a car, be cautious about checking exactly where individual agritourisimos are located? Farm stays aren't usually recommended if intending to travel exclusively by public transport.
