Advice on Rome Capital Apartments

On our next trip to Rome in November we are thinking of renting an apartment for one week. Has anyone had experience with Rome Capital Apartments? We are interested in Boccoccio Apartment near Piazza Navona. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Thanks Peggy Sue (just love your name....humming that Buddy Holly tune right now). We really want to stay in the Piazza Navona area this time and are looking on HomeAway right now for an apartment. Have a wonderful stay in Rome, and if we change our mind and stay by the Vatican, I'll let you know.

Joanne: Can't help you with Rome Capital - but we are staying in a few weeks at St. Peter and Paul House - near the Vatican - google their website - see if they look of interest to you and if so - i can let you know the scoop when we return - they are also on homeaway.com - which is where i found them.

We just got back from Italy and we did rent an apartment through Rome Capital Apartments. Our apartment was Rome Capital Apartments-Miguel. We were on the river and not far from the Vatican. We loved the area away from all the tourist and had a balcony to sit at each morning and evening. From the termini railroad station you take bus #70 for about 12 stops and walk about a block or two to the apartment. We found it very easy to get around the city from here. Look them up on VRBO's website. Good luck and have fun in Italy

Haven't had experience with RCA, but have had good experience with Leisure in Rome. Rented in Campo di Fiori (very near Navona) last time and will be near Pantheon in Oct.

I did a little more research and felt RCA was OK to rent from. Did rent the Boccoccio Apt for a week the end of November. I will post when we get back about the company and the apartment. We usually book hotels but thought we would try something different this time as there will be 3 of us traveling. Thank you to all who posted their thoughts. They have been very helpful.

We are traveling to Rome in two weeks and booked a very inexpensive yet nice apartment through Friendly Rentals. We used them last year for Madrid and were really impressed by their level of service - so much so that I made sure to use them again! Good luck and have fun!
