Advance ticket Purchase - Milan Duomo Rooftop tour and Last Supper

At one time I found a link to purchase the tour of the Duomo Rooftop and Last Supper.
I see the ability via TripAdvsior but thought I recall best to purchase direct (not thru a reseller).

Please advise best means of advance purchase. I will be in Milan June 18-20 and the rooftop it is my top must see so don't want to leave to chance!

Is purchasing this ticket now (in advance) the same as skipping the line? With this purchase, I believe you take your electronic ticket to the group ticket window to exchange for entrance voucher?

I am trying to purchase skip the line tickets but NO GUIDED TOUR.

Can anyone advise on this ticket purchase. Also any advice regarding the process once you arrive at the Duomo?
