I assume you're from the U.S. and are referring to Plug Adaptors. Most newer cell phones are supplied with Chargers that will operate from 100-240 VAC, but it's a good idea to check the Input Voltage spec's on the charger.

You'll likely only need the two-pin Euro Plug Adaptor like this model - https://www.amazon.com/Ceptics-Europe-Adapter-European-Countries/dp/B007YL84VA . It's a good idea to pack a couple along as they're easy to misplace.

Just look on Amazon for an adapter from Type A or B plugs (2 or 3 prong in the US) to Type E or F
