My husband's grandparents immigrated from Corleone to the United States in the early 1900s. We would like to visit there during our trip to Sicily next spring. I've been researching it and I can only find a few Air B&Bs and not much touristy, sight seeing type of stuff. I think we would like to spend a night or two there, just to get a feel for it and spend a little time. Have you visited there? Do you have any suggestions? I think we'll rent a car and drive there from Palermo.
This hotel looks nice and is not expensive.

I don’t know what kind of activities there are in town. Corleone is famous for being the hotbed of Cosa Nostra and of course for the movie the Godfather (which however was actually filmed in Savoca, near Taormina).
