We will be in the Bologna/Modena/Parma area in May and looking for a good place to stay for about a week. We are planning on having a car so we can visit the area. Hoping to find a place that is more than just a hotel room, and also offering parking. Preferably outside the centro commerciale of any town. A hotel suite, or apartment, or home or agriturismo or other. Something closer to Modena would be ideal as it is centrally located. Any suggestions? Grazie mille!

If you prefer an hotel probably the Real Fini could be good solution. In the countryside but near the highway, so less time lost to move around. Same level should be La Cartiera in Vignola, but farer from the highway. In Maranello there are other similar solutions, like the Village or the Palace.
