My husband and I are staying in Vernazza, Cinque Terra, Oct 24, 25, 26 and we need some recommendations on places to stay. We don't expect a hotel necessarily, a well located room with a view and a friendly host would be perfect for us. Does anybody have suggestions? THANK YOU! Katie

You probably won't like my accommodations when I used to go to the 5 Terre in youth (sleeping bag under the sky next to my Vespa). I think there are only B&B and Affittacamere (rooms for rent) in Vernazza. I'd check the reviews on TripAdvisor and rely on those:
