Any suggestions for places to stay in Perugia city center?

We stayed at Hotel Bonazzi last fall (www.bonazzihotel.it) and it was fine. I've been to Perugia twice in the fall (late Sept), each time without reservations and didn't have trouble finding a room. We just lucked into this place last time. May be different during summer, though. Proprietor is friendly and speaks english, the nite desk staffer may not.
