When are you going? Not to restate the obvious but that whole region is in rough shape from the recent flooding and mudslides. It may be several months before they are back on their feet again.

Mary, What price range are you considering? In Manarola you might consider La Torretta. It's a bit "pricey" but I'm sure you'd find it very comfortable. Riomaggiore tends to have more private rooms and Pensiones. If you're interested in somewhat basic accommodations, you might have a look at the website for Mar-Mar Rooms. You could also check the Guidebooks, which have listings in both towns. Happy travels!
