We will be staying in Praiano September 9-17, for our honeymoon. Does anyone have suggestions/insights into the accommodations there? We really need a moderately priced hotel--not the most expensive, not super cheap--in the middle. Onda Verde and Tritone seem to fit the bill; however, I would love any input regarding: What you get for the price you pay, location, rooms, respective cuisine at each hotel restaurant, and the friendliness/degree of helpfulness of staff. Other suggestions are welcome, as are thoughts on best excursions/things to do! Cheers- Erin

In Praiano, very close to Onda Verde, same bus stop, facing a beautiful Saracean watchtower now a painter's shop, the sea, and the beach, is the Hotel La Perla. Get a room with a balcony and you'll love it all. Clean rooms, even a bathtub, fridge, friendly staff, restaurant service in the evening. Last September we paid $91 including breakfast.
